    • “You don’t have to be with your friends to accomplish things.” Maggie

2.  What did you learn about yourself while you were here?

·        “I can be a leader sometimes.” Andrew

·        “I like building things and climbing on things.” Kelly

As you can see, in addition to the awesome science and social studies lessons, our kids
gained valuable knowledge about themselves and their relationships. Thank you to
everyone who made this possible for us!

Religion – Seventh graders did a great job on their world poverty projects! They continue to
learn about the life of Jesus.

History – Our focus shifts from the earliest explorers to the thirteen colonies.

Language Arts/Literature – Mark Twain’s Tom Sawyer is being read in class. Students are
working on perfecting their writing skills.

Math – Pre-algebra skills remain the focus for this year. Fractions can be fun!!!!!

Science – We’ll be working on cell division and genetics.
